A verified job is a completed cleaning where the crew has finished the checklist, submitted GPS/time-stamped before and after photos, and the visit is logged in the system. It represents one service occurrence for a court or set of courts.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately and billing is prorated. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day trial with guided onboarding. This lets you set up real schedules, test crew workflows, and see photo-verified closeout in action before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice. For Enterprise plans, we support procurement-friendly invoicing and PO-based billing.
Do I need to install anything on crew phones?
CourtClean works through the mobile web browser. Crews access checklists and upload photos from their phone without installing a separate app. Works on both iOS and Android.
What happens if I exceed my included job count?
Overages are billed at a per-job rate that varies by plan (from $1 to $2 per additional job). You will always know your usage in advance and can upgrade your plan at any time to get a better per-job rate.
